B. Use of Information

B.1. To contact you/ Provide Customer Service
We will use your personal information such as name and contact details, to help us provide you with better customer support, resolve any issues you may have, and improve our services.
Records of our communication may also be recorded for a short period of time (based on our retention policy) to help us review and take note of important information that we have discussed with you.
B.2. To register you in our Online Platform (Registration)
A user may need to first complete a registration form in order to use the Online Services. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our Site in which you have expressed interest.
You have the choice to provide us with your demographic information (such as your gender or age), but it is not mandatory.
B.3. To process your orders
We may request information from you on our Order Form for us to take note and process your orders.

To process the payment of goods and services that you ordered/ acquired, we will need to collect your financial information such as credit card number, name on the credit card, and expiration date.
B.5. To process Billing

B.6. To process shipping
In order for us to ship your product,we will collect your complete name (first name and last name) and the shipping address.
B.7. During Surveys and contests

C. Data Storage
C.1. All information collected and maintained by the company is kept in US secured and with 24/7 operational data centers which are kept in a secured environment.
C.2. Secured Storage of Third-party Vendors/ Partners.
We also store all the client’s data on a password-protected cloud server provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom the company has contracted. The said contractors have established security measures to protect their personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
C.2. Our company handles data internationally, and we always ensure compliance with frameworks such as the EU-US Privacy Shield or Binding Corporate Rules that may be necessary to facilitate lawful data transfers.
D. Disclosure to Third-Parties
D.1. Disclosures
We will only share or disclose your Information with authorizedHealthcare Providers and third parties as outlined in this Policy. For example, AlwaysPharma may share your Information with a medical provider for purposes of prescription creation or telemedicine appointment.
We may also share Information with other third-party companies that we have a business relationship with or hire to perform services on our behalf. For example, we may hire a company to help us send and manage email, and we might provide that company with your email address and certain other information in order for them to send you an email message on our behalf. Similarly, we may hire companies to host or operate some of our Services.
These providers and companies may use your Information to assist AlwaysPharma in its operations and to efficiently provide you with its Services. Contracts have been entered into with these service providers which include commitments and agreements to limit their access and use of Information as well as to comply with privacy and security standards.

We do not allow third parties that collect cookie and other internet usage data to use the said data for marketing purposes without your consent.

D.7. Uses and Disclosures of PHI:
Your PHI may only be used as necessary to fulfill our obligation in relation to your acquired products and services and provide you with assistance or when required by law.
E. Data Retention and Disposal.
E.1. How long would AlwaysPharma keep your Information
AlwaysPharma follows a strict data retention policy, keeping records only for as long as required for business operations, archival purposes, and/or legal requirements. We retain records for as long as you have an active account with us, or longer when required by applicable law.
Therefore, the retention period of Information is determined based on factors such as the type, amount, and sensitivity of the information; potential risks of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; and our business needs and legal obligations.
While we take appropriate measures to protect our systems from accidental or malicious loss or destruction, residual copies of Personal Information may be temporarily retained in our backup and archival systems. However, these copies will eventually be automatically deleted or securely disposed of where deletion is not possible.
Our goal is to ensure the responsible and secure management of Personal Information in accordance with our data retention policy.
After deactivating your account, it is important to note that if you decide to utilize our Online Services again, we will ask you again to encode and submit to us your personal information.
E.2. Disposal.
After the legitimate purpose of the collected personal data has been fulfilled, all records will be permanently deleted from the system, including those stored on the company's backup storage system.
Physical records (if any) will be disposed of through shredding.
Digital files will be anonymized to ensure that personal information cannot be retrieved, processed, or accessed by unauthorized persons.

Right to erasure or blocking allows the data subject to suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal, or destruction of his or her personal information from the personal information controller’s filing system in both live and backup systems.
Right to rectify
Right to rectification, allows the data subject the right to dispute the inaccuracy or error in their personal data and have the PIC correct the same within a reasonable period of time.
Right to Data Portability.
Right to data portability enables the data subject to obtain and electronically move, copy, or transfer personal data for further use.
Right to file a complaint
Right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if the data subject’s personal information has been misused, maliciously disclosed, or improperly disposed of or if any of their data privacy rights have been violated.
Right to Damages
Right to damages entitles the subject to be indemnified for any damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of the site visitor’s personal data, taking into account any violation of their right and freedoms as a data subject.
